We do not sell personal information for money. We do share the information you submit with participating attorneys so they can evaluate and respond to your request, and we use advertising and analytics cookies that some state laws treat as “sharing” for targeted advertising.

To opt out of targeted advertising cookies, use your browser's privacy controls or a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor where required.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Submit your request through the contact page and include the email address and phone number you used.

We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may retain information where the law allows or requires it.

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS. Use the unsubscribe link in an email to opt out of marketing email. To stop calls, tell the caller directly or contact us.

If an attorney has already contacted you, you may also need to make your request directly to that firm.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where state law permits. We may require proof of authorization.
